You Shouldn't Have To Manage Your Cleaning Company
Most businesses don't have a cleaning problem. They have a cleaning company problem. Here's what we hear from Michiana business owners every week.
"They missed the same spot again."
You've said it five times. It still happens every week. You're not asking for perfection β just consistency.
"I can never reach anyone."
Something went wrong and you can't get a response. You're left wondering if it will get fixed or if you're just complaining into the void.
"They keep sending different people."
Every week it's someone new who doesn't know your building, your preferences, or your standards. Starting from zero every time.
15 Years Of Showing Up And Doing It Right
Family-owned, core-value hiring, and a "We're Not Perfect" guarantee that means we fix it every time.
"They do an exceptional job. We are very happy with their work. I recommend them to anyone."
"Our cleaning person is amazing! She is very diligent and makes sure everything is as it should be before she leaves."
"These guys do an amazing job! They are very thorough and their customer service is on point!"

Built By Someone Who's Been in the Trenches for 15 Years
Alonso started Industrial Office Clean because he saw a problem that nobody was solving well β businesses stuck with cleaning companies that overpromised and underdelivered, with no accountability and no one to call when something went wrong.
So he built a different kind of company. One where the owner actually cares about the outcome, the crews are hired for their values not just their availability, and when something isn't right, someone picks up the phone and fixes it. That's been the model for over 15 years, and it's why 60+ Michiana businesses trust Industrial Office Clean to show up every week.
"I built this company on a simple idea β if you treat your team right and you own your mistakes, everything else takes care of itself."
The "We're Not Perfect" Guarantee
Perfect cleaners don't exist. But a company that fixes it every time? That's us. If something isn't right, we respond within 1 hour and make it right within 24 β or the clean is on us.
